Counselling offers a confidential and consistent space to explore what feels difficult, confusing, or unresolved in your life.
You might come with anxiety that won’t settle, recurring relationship patterns, self-doubt, low mood, cultural or family pressures, or simply a sense that you’ve lost connection with yourself. You don’t need to have everything clearly defined before starting. We begin wherever you are.
I work integratively, which means I draw from different therapeutic approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you. This may include exploring early experiences and attachment patterns, noticing unhelpful thinking cycles, working with emotional regulation, and developing greater self-awareness and self-compassion.
My approach is steady, reflective and collaborative. I won’t analyse or impose interpretations. Instead, we gently untangle what’s happening beneath the surface so you can begin to understand yourself with more clarity and choice.
While I have a background in spiritual practice, counselling sessions remain psychologically grounded and ethically held. If spirituality or meaning-making is important to you, we can explore that. If it isn’t, that is equally welcome. The focus is always on what supports your wellbeing.

In today’s fast-paced world, almost everyone is carrying some level of emotional and mental stress, whether it comes from relationship challenges, financial worries, demanding work schedules, family responsibilities, or academic pressure. Many of us live in a constant state of tension without even realising it. Over time, this unprocessed stress begins to affect not only our mood and mental health but also our physical wellbeing.
Unbeknown to us, the stress we carry can quietly manifest in the body as ailments such as anxiety, insomnia, chronic fatigue, digestive issues, headaches, or muscle pain. Conditions like acid reflux (GERD), Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), high blood pressure, hormonal imbalance, and weakened immunity are often linked to long-term stress and emotional overload. The body becomes the mirror of the mind, reflecting the inner tension we haven’t yet released.
The way we move through daily life, handling responsibilities, dealing with unexpected challenges, or simply keeping up with the pace of modern living, can add invisible layers of stress to our energy field. Often, we don’t recognise its impact until our body sends a signal through discomfort or illness.
Our energy and our physical body are deeply interconnected. When emotional and mental stress accumulates, it can attract energetic toxins that disrupt the body’s natural flow and balance. These energetic imbalances can eventually take a physical form, showing up as symptoms or dis-ease.
This workshop offers simple and effective techniques to prevent further buildup of energetic and physical toxins while gently releasing what your body and mind have been holding onto. From the very first session, you’ll begin to feel lighter, calmer, and more centred. As you reconnect with your breath and release what no longer serves you, you may notice improved sleep, better digestion, and a renewed sense of peace and vitality.
